We are going to be open for business in Texas stateside by mid October.

All lab and provider visit fees must be paid before the appointment occurs.

We request that our patients see us two times a year, via a telemed appointment. During your appointment with our provider your blood work will be reviewed and you will receive your next six months of TRT prescriptions. Also during this time you can speak to the provider about any other men's health issues you may be experiencing.

You simply click on an available time slot and pay your lab fee.  Upon payment confirmation an email with your lab orders will be sent to you and you will need to print this out and take it to any LabCorp location for bloodwork at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.

On the day of your appointment show up approximately 15 minutes early for your appointment and when the provider is done with the patient before you, they will call your name.  Once called back to the exam room the provider will collect your appointment fee and then go over your bloodwork.  Based on your bloodwork the provider will prescribe 6 months of TRT medications.

Vigilance Men’s Health is Co-located with Back 2 Wellness Chiropractic.

Simply enter the waiting room and have a seat 15 minutes before your appointment and the provider will call your name when they are ready to see you.

Referrals

For each person they refer there is a $50 discount, up to 3 people. This can be done for each of the biannual visits.
